Responsibilities:
? Setup and install custom designed A/V, security, and phone systems.
? Run, terminate, and test copper and fiber cabling.
? Maintain tools and test equipment to ensure optimal performance.
? Provide written and verbal instructions to clients on how to operate their new system.
? Provide ongoing technical support for clients' technology systems.
? Setup and maintain network switches and infrastructures.
? Oversee, assist, and provide training for installation crews.
? Enter daily updates and reports in ticketing software.
? Keep up to date with the latest technology and software.
? Assist leadership team in developing best practices for installers.
Outcomes:
? Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients.
? Resolve complex problems in a timely manner and seek optimum solutions.
? Contribute to team effort.
? Prepare reference material for clients by writing operating instructions.
